Spinning up a wheelbarrowful of new music this weekend. Headliners include Life On Venus (pictured above), who only ever get better and better, plus XO, Dots (・・・・・・・・・), Submotile, New Age Healers (premiered here), Annie Hamilton, Drab Majesty, Swimming Pool, Tokyo Shoegazer and Velvet Tides. We also get blessed with a deep dive into 缺省Default’s Life in a Vacuum LP, plus new music from Indoor Voices, Ummagma, Processions, So Totally, The Raft, Lavender Blush, Melt, Lost Echoes, L I P S, Just Mustard, Cristina Quesada, The Gluts, Vox Celeste, Versing, The Pool of Tears, Outlander, Primitive Heart, OKO TYGRA and so much more. We’re packed with new, and we’ve tossed in some recent classics from The Courtneys that we’ve only just come across (so don’t yell that it’s not fresh, no less awesome).

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh injections, including Blankenberge, Blushing, Linda Guilala, Foliage, COCO, Film School, Submotile, Golden Gardens, Hollie Kenniff, Peppermint Showers, Kigo, Mellow Daze, Corasandel, Stranger Kings, Gentle Ivanhoe Death Skulls, Sol Distorsion, Where We Sleep, Brass Box, Teen Body, Knifeplay, Innocent Android, Snowball II, dirishu6, Browned Butter, plus the Part Time Punks Session from Seattle’s sparkly Fotoform. Packed in!

New Tracks Weekend is begun 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM,  on Shoutcast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
