The stars sparkle this weekend, as we celebrate the new albums from Crystal Canyon (pictured above) and Cathedral Bells. Both have been expertly teased out on our air, now it’s time to champion the full releases. We’re also big on new music from Mute Swan, All Under Heaven, Color Crush, Relay Tapes, GRIVE, The Haunted Youth, Teen Idle, Sun Mashene, Mascara Ashes, Saigon Blue Rain, Pale Blue Eyes, Nightcrush, Jetstream Pony, The Churchhill Garden, faded sf, The Watchmen, Bad Idea, Marcus Piña, The Stirrings, Mashmellow, Douglas, M281, San Marino, and You, Nothing. And more. So much more.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Stomp Talk Modstone,Widowspeak, Bored at My Grandmas House, Fawning, Misty Coast, blankat, I Mean Us, Bludhood, Maida Rose, sadsack, Ian Edwards, FRITZ, A La Mode, MrENC, Juliet Mission, Echo of the Low Light, Stephen’s Shore, Mogwai, unknown fault, Strawberry Hospital, エイプリルブルー (April Blue) and much, much more.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!

Incognito excellence: DKFM face masks are available for a limited time here!
