A full bushel of new tracks for your weekend consumption, and we’re impressed with the talent on offer. To begin with, our “new” headliner is Chapterhouse, but the “new music” is actually early unreleased demos that have been much loved among a small group of ears that have heard it. Now we’re all blessed, as these demos found their way to proper release via Sonic Cathedral, and there’s good reason for the buzz. So much more at the front line: we’ve got the advance from station favorites Purplish, plus epic new sounds from The Haunted Youth, Toothpaste, Collective Fear, la lune, Adelaida, Wildernesses (debut), The Ferrules, and Soft Siren. But we dig even deeper, with impressive offerings from Twin Rains, Michael Corcoran (ex-Difference Engine), Strayline., beachside talks, Hushhh, In The Afterglow, Ariel Void, Sunday Junkie, ADORER, Tlooth and more. We’re overbooked as usual, we’ll do the best we can.

And all that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Highspire, Lightfoils, Pink Breath of Heaven, Yndling, PANIK FLOWER, Slow Salvation, Flatwaves, Starling, Finger Food, Say Sue Me, Origami Phase, Space Waves, Japanese Heart Software, Vivid Bloom, Ellis, Soft Palms, Nature Trip, Eloise Chamber, Swear and more. We’ll cram in as much as the clock allows.

New Tracks Weekend is begun at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Live365, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!

Wait, new stickers?!?
