Ready for the weekend? We sure are. We’re spewing new sound at you, all weekend. Cigarettes After Sex, Terry vs. Tori, Endless White, Melt, Vagina Lips, Alpha Male, Vikings in Tibet, Time Enough At Last, Candy, Dryer (pictured above), Hope Sandoval and The Warm Inventions, Lunar Quiet, Mirror Days, San Mei, Andrew Younker, Parading, and Splashh. PLUS we go deep with the albums from True Cross, Sin Kitty, and Floating Room, each of which are mind-expanding in their own right, each with unique sonic signatures that’ll leave a mark on your music-loving soul.
That’s not to neglect last weekend’s new sparkles from Starrsha, Seven Tin Stars, Leaf, Poppies, Mineral Girls, Vestidos, No Sun, Black Needle Noise, Delay Trees, Mint Field, Dama Scout, Burning House, The Age of Colored Lizards, Vlimmer, Genders, Hater, YAST, and Death Valley Rally. It’s all got that new-song smell, so we haven’t left them out too long.
New Tracks order metronidazole Weekend kicks off 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continuing through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station page at DKFM,  on Shoutcast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOSAndroid and Blackberry. Or load up the “Internet Radio” tab of your iTunes desktop client, and you’ll find DKFM Shoegaze Radio under ‘Alternative’. You can even keep up with the new tracks and artists you may have missed: we’re live-scrobbling via our last.fm profile, and live-tweeting every track on our sub-Twitter DKFMTracks account. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!
And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
