RFTW = ready for the weekend. We are. We’re ‘long’ on new music from Infinity Girl, Funeral Advantage, Walking Misery, Baby Honey, Makaras Pen, Miners, Schonwald, Monotronaut, Saturno Devorando, Cherry Picker, HOLD, Tuath, Sunken Seas, Helen, and Holden Girls return with their first new music in two years. None of this is to be slept on.
This is not to ignore last weekend’s headliners. We’re packed to the gills with Blackpool Astronomy, due soon, plus Tamaryn, Fait, Tender Age, Introflirt, The Common Men, Ultraviolet, Is/Is, Plant Cell, Fazerdaze, 93millionmilesfromthesun, Night School, Jet Trash, Dott, No Honeymoon, Blindness, Wunder Wunder, Daguerrotype, Voices from Deep Below, Tibican, Teenage Daydreams, Voluptuous Panic, Season of Strangers, The Virgance, Presents for Sally (out today!), Backward Houses, and, if we’re lucky, a brand new one from Schonwald. If we’re lucky. Trust us, we’ve got more music than time, so we’re gonna squeeze in all the quality we can fit, and then squeeze a little harder.
New Tracks Weekend kicks off 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continuing through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Live365 listeners: it’s your votes that count!
