1. Live On Air Now DKFM Shoegaze Radio

All the new things. Many of them shiny. Mumrunner, Lily of the Valley, Angel Falls, FUTURE (coming soon!), Best Coast, Fever Dream, Mute Swan, 93MillionMilesFromThe Sun, Flyying Colours, Vaadat Charigim, Black Lizard. There’s not much more you need from a weekend.

But we can’t stop, won’t stop. We’re still all about Car Crash Sisters’ new EP, Shana Falana, Cheatahs, Dream Suicides, Kigo, Lights that Change, Casting Circles, White Walls, New Candys, Weed, The California Death, Sonic Jesus and SO much more.

Meantime, while pushing station operations, we’re off to see Surf Club, Jay Som and Them Are Us Too. If you’re not checking out the latest tunes on DKFM, get off your arse and go see a live show! Fill your head with music. It’s an appropriate lifestyle choice.

8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continuing through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Live365 listeners: it’s your votes that count! Your thumbs-up / thumbs down ratings determine what is kept in permanent rotation. Listen via the Live365 station page at DKFM, on iTunes Internet Radio under “Eclectic”, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Latin America relay: try Radio Terra. And still commercial-free everywhere! You can even keep up with the new tracks and artists you may have missed: we’re live-scrobbling via our last.fm profile. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed.

How much entertainment do you people need?

What a week! Besides heavily-promoted new releases from Weekend and True Widow, we’ve seen some high-quality tracks bouncing into our inbox (and mailbox) looking for attention. For instance, we’ve got a world premiere from Fixing Bayonets, plus two shimmering tracks from London’s Solo Major, plus contributions from I Am Your Captain, A Grave With No Name, kigo, Edweena, Moon King, Cosmetic, Midnight Faces, Israel’s Vaadat Charigim (likely won’t be pronouncing that on air!), Miners of Pala, old favorites Glaswen, Aerofall, Chile’s hazy Trementina, Tashaki Miyaki, a dreamy track from Lights That Change, plus su?, WL, Whirr and so much more!

Plus we’ll be celebrating Landing’s 15-year anniversary and ensuing tour by previewing exclusive tracks from their impending cassette EP, II, available at all stops on their two-week summer tour. We’ll have a full update for you on tour stops by Monday morning, suffice it to say you don’t want to miss them live!

Chaos begins at 8 pm Eastern, 5 Pacific Friday night, and the harassment continues all weekend. Live365 listeners: it’s your votes that count! Your thumbs-up / thumbs down ratings determine what is kept in permanent rotation. For some of these tracks, it’s the last order metronidazole 400mg online weekend for you to give them some love, or consign them to the dustbin of memory. Listen via the Live365 station page at DKFM, on iTunes Radio under “Eclectic”, and on TuneIn Radio and for iPhone/Android/Windows. 5 PM Pacific (8 PM Eastern), til we switch off the lights Sunday night. With tracks from Russia, Chile, Wales, England, Australia, Israel, and all around the world, it’s truly a multicultural journey. It’s just too bad Prince William and Kate Middleton didn’t seize the opportunity for international understanding by naming the new prince “Carlos Danger”.
