Ninety-plus tracks, sorted and rotation weighted, ready to spin up for your new music discovery and consideration… the fruits of 36 hours of work, and we’re pretty keen on it. From Avalyn to Zetra, we’ve plugged in the whole spectrum of sound for you. Headliners include Submotile (cover pictured above), as the station favorites finally unlock the long-awaited album, and it’s grand and sweeping. We’re also pushing the latest from Bathrobe, Powder Pink & Sweet, Distressor, Lua Gramer (a sparkling sneak peek!), Tanukichan, Las Robertas, Creature in the Spiral, Dosser, Keep Shelly in Athens, Blaire, The Cordial Sins, Motifs, National Screen Service, Stomp Talk Modstone, Tallies, Beverly Kills, they are gutting a body of water, Velveteen, Perfect State of Mind and more. Much more. Because that’s just the tip of the iceberg. New music from Secret Shame, Allwax, Brief Candles, Knifeplay, Iceblynk, Foam Giant, Key Out, Furrows, Billy Mirror, LaMee, Last Victorian Death Squad, Maiden Mother Crone, Suave Punk, lovecraft in tokyo, Sillas, ruinedchurch, Skullcrusher, St Cristopher, Winter Of Our Faith, Uniforms, Subterraneos and more that we can’t even recall. Toldja it was a lot.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Daydream Twins, Black Nite Crash, SUIR, Winter, The Stargazer Lilies (interview here), Seasurfer, Virgins, Callière & Tears Run Rings, Baby Cool, Lia Pamina, Dream Room, Holy Vison, F E E Z E, dreamfuzz, Fever Cult, Kilbey Kennedy, Oceans, Peel Dream Magazine, Sakkaris, Overly, SALES, Thousand Yard Stare, SPC ECO, Boy Marina and more. We did the work, you can relax and enjoy.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
